The Basic

Perfect for smaller, more intimate Weddings

Pre-Wedding Consultation:

1-2 months prior to the wedding, we'll review your vendor contracts, timeline, and layout to ensure everything is in place. We'll also conduct a venue walk-through to familiarize ourselves with the space.

Customized Timeline:

Completely customized Wedding Day timeline. 

Wedding Day Management:

Our coordinator will oversee vendor setup, ensure timely deliveries, confirm layout, and will assist with necessary set up of decor. This includes Wedding Party management and MC communication throughout the event so we remain on schedule.

Vendor Coordination:

Our coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, allowing you to focus on enjoying your day.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

Our coordinator will handle any unexpected issues that may arise, ensuring that your wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan.

Point of Contact:

Our coordinator will be the POC for all your guests, vendors, and Wedding Party so you can be fully present and enjoy every second of your event.

6 month check-in and 1-2 month check-ins for additional review and support.

Enhanced Vendor Communication:

For larger events there are more vendors, and increased need for communication. We will do our due diligence and ensure all vendors arrive on time with the correct order. 

Post-Wedding Wrap-Up: 

Our coordinator will oversee the teardown process, ensuring that all vendors are accounted for and the venue is left in its original condition. As well as assist with any teardown as needed.
